By accessing or using TrueRecruit's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post and agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform

4. Subscription and Payments

Athletes and Trainers: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription of $10/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

College Coaches: Access is provided free of charge but requires verification of coaching status.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The TrueRecruit platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TrueRecruit and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform for the purpose of providing our services.

6. NCAA Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all NCAA rules and regulations regarding recruiting and eligibility. TrueRecruit provides a platform for communication but does not guarantee compliance with NCAA guidelines.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimers

TrueRecruit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive college offers or scholarships
• The accuracy or completeness of user-provided information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That coaches will view or respond to your profile

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueRecruit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
