By accessing and using TrueRecruit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Accounts

To use TrueRecruit, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Subscription and Payments

Athletes and trainers subscribe at $10/month or $100/year. College coaches receive free access.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass or harm other users
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant TrueRecruit a license to display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer

TrueRecruit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee recruiting success or college placement.
